Bugs I've found:
-When saving the peasants of so and so from bandits, there always seems to be one bandit stuck inside a tree. He can't move, but my troops were able to somehow kill him.
-When sailing up a river, you can't sail past bridges, and it's very difficult to land on the bank you want to.
-When meeting Brunhild for the first time with no space in your army, you can't get past.
-When moving towards landing points or trying to move in the sea, sometimes your ship goes the wrong way, I've only experienced this in the islandy bits off the coast of Denmark though
-Ship Kings and Vikings sometimes get stuck trying to sail into islands - this is probably a problem with pathfinding.
-Your ship only travels in a straight line, causing it to get stuck on any outcrops.
-You can build a refuge right on top of towns and villages, causing great difficulty in accessing one or the other.
-It is very difficult to raise your relationship rank with Lords (I've only experienced the Danish ones so far) since they either have no quests or want you to provoke a Kingdom on the other side of the world.
-During a feast in Ribe, the "Do you have any tasks for me" option kept disappearing from the Jarls. This started after I talked to Sigurd, so may be related to his dislike for me.
-The severe weather damage incidence is very high and subsequently very expensive in terms of ship upkeep.
-Ferry station should probably be capitalised, as should landing point.
-When rotating the map, town names glitch into mountains. An example of this is Caer Dyf.
-The names of kingdoms in the sea only partially disappear when you go close to them, making the name look quite glitchy.
-The coastlines, mountain ranges and rivers east of Denmark and Friese just go on in a straight line.
-When pillaging a monastery, the damage reports etc. take a while to show up in the bottom left of the screen.
-The Character button and the Sheet button on the toolbar do exactly the same thing.
-When going to options such as attributes and skills or weekly budget and clicking return, you are taken to the world map as opposed to the summary menu.
-Some of the hill parts around various forts and towns disappear when you first leave them and only reappear when you are a few steps away from them.
-Guards don't all attack when you're breaking a Lord out of prison, some will attack from the other side of the fort while some only attack when you're right behind them
-Prison Guards only draw their weapon when you attack them, if you select the "give me the keys, now" option.

Story related bugs:
-West Seaxe and Mierce do not make peace if they are at war when they attack Northumbria.
-Snotingham is still in Miercian hands even though it is apparently held by the Ragnarsons.
-After speaking to the port master in the Danish port place when preparing to leave with the Viking fleet, you cannot repair, sell or buy ships.
-Even though I had 15+ relationship with some of the Jarls, none of spoke them in my favour at the Assembly.
-The West Seaxe foragers you are meant to kill don't run away from you, they just keep patrolling.
-When in cutscenes such as the Assembly or when your companions are talking to you, mousing over the portrait shows the name and relationship rank of the first person you spoke to, as opposed to the person who you are currently talking to.
-The girl who saves you from being attacked when you leave the camp doesn't speak to you, even if she isn't knocked unconscious. Even if she is, it seems a little ungrateful of you to leave her for dead.
-When sneaking into and out of Snotingham, you are discovered and attacked by a Miercian archer before you start, they fire at you during the cutscene
-When sneaking out of Snotingham, the camera clips through the hill when zooming to your objective.
-If Aelfred is a prisoner when you begin the quest to talk to him, and you attempt a rescue, the scene where you deliver the letter will begin in the prison cell.
-Solveig doesn't appear to actually join you party until you have to choose between Saxons and Danes, upon which point she makes an appearance.
