SP - General Bug regarding street fights in epicrotea

So I attacked the thugs at the clearing and waited for the enemy to show up and have a street fight when the game spawned me and my men outside of the city and the Thugs inside of the city witht he city gates locked as it is night.

So now I'm forced to break down the gate with my sword which is going to take quite some time


EDIt after deciding to retreat the battle and attack again I was spawned at the same position, however retreating two more times made me spawn in the city

I have tried that too - with several cities. Think it's a general problem.
