[BUG] Prison quest

I got a quest about rescuing a lord from one of the castles.

I got there, I pressed the "Hand me the cell keys" and he called for help.

Killed him and any nearby enemies.

Entered the Dungeon.

And there the lord was, in a cell. I just stood there, couldn't talk with him.

Now the bug is; you can't talk with people inside cells with closed doors, quite annoying if you ask me.

Couldn't open the gate or press TAB, so I had to restart the game just to get out...

Somehow I managed to get out this time, but I killed the enemies with Ctrl + F4 (Yeah I cheated )

I got the same problem with the same quest. at the same castle. 
anyone knows how do fix this? can i do something in edit mode?
