Need More Info BUG: Part of Snowballing Game breaking, had to start again. AI lord Missing, similar to companions

Summary: A few times a companion will be sent ona quest an he will go missing near Ain Baliq. You kick them out of the clan and a few days later they spawn again.
I noticed the armies of the kingdoms were getting smaller, and I noticed multiple lords of different factions after being imprisoned and released because of peace also say the exact same thing on their info page. "Last seen near Ain Baliq". I wait and travel to different towns and the message changes to "Last seen near Ain Baliq X days ago". Ultimately resetting and stating, once again, "last seen near Ain baliq". The number of those lords is getting bigger and had to restart.

Now I thus far have 2 lords that have done the same on the new game.Crotor and Phaea.

Edit: Double checked the other antions, and there are 2-5 lords per nation missing "near Ain baliq". This means nations are operating far under their natural strength. Waiting over 2 weeks and the same cycle repeats, he/she is near Ain Baliq, 4 days since he was seen near Ain Baliq, and then he/she is near AIn Baliq.

Edit:
3 Lords from Vladia, including their king. He was missing from combat for a while so I wondered where he was.
2 From Western Empire (I'm currently part of it)
2 From Southern Empire
2 From Aserai
1 From Khuzait.

commands:
find_hero
destroy_party

The commands, literally cannot find the heroes.

Edit:
Searched further and the heroes aren't dead. Using the commands to kick the clan out of the nation makes some of those lords come back.
Using the command to make the hero a fugitive (whatever that does) makes the heroes come back.

EDIT:
using campaign.teleport_hero_to_settlement crotor | lageta (hero | settlement) bring them back for a time. I'll wait to see how long before they disappear again.

edit:

using the campaign.teleport_hero_to_settlement hero | settlementname command fixes every lord within that faction that was suffering from the same bug.

Western Empire: Pharea and Crotor were missing, I used campaign.teleport_hero_to_settlement crotor | lageta , and both him and his daughter went back to lageta.
Vladian: I used the same process for the king and the 2 lords missing returned to Pravend with him.
Same thing ocurred with the 2 lords missing from the Aserai

How to Reproduce:In short, I have no idea.

Something strange is happening in or around Ain Baliq, I only know that me or my companions haven't got an invitation for that underground event..

Think its time we invited ourselfves...
