Bug or what?

Okay, i think this may have been solved already, but.....
Everytime i try to get a castle to surrender and a recruiter pops up as the leader, i don't have any options to ask his surrender and i have to siege the castle with 8 guys inside. Is there some fix or something.

If you post a saved game in the next few hours I'll see if I can fix this for the next release.
