Resolved Bug or feature? deliver the heard quest requires 140 riding skill from companion

I can't put any of my companions to do the quest for me, some of them are close to 140 riding skill required by the quest giver, so the option is greyed out. seen it happening now few times, mostly in villages dealing with horsies.
