Need More Info Bug: Incomplete Ransom payed

Summary: It is happening only with my current prisoner, the empress of Southern Empire. I have been holding it as prisoner so I can cripple the empire in the war and to get a bigger ransom. The courier tells me the ransom offer is about 16k, however the actual one I get once I accept the request is more or less the same of the tavern price, aprox. 5k. I have tried to reload and cancel to wait for another offer, but happens the same. It seems that other offer I am receiving for other hostages are being payed fairly. Maybe Rhagaea is just tricking me.
How to Reproduce: If I wait for a ransom offer for her, I am payed only the tavern price.
