Need More Info [Bug] Gang Turf War

Started this quest in Husn Fulq. When I go to fight the turf war, the enemy gang was spawned on top of a three story building. Some members of the gang fell to their death, some fell and were dispatched by my gang, some stayed on the roof and were pelted to death with rocks, others stayed on the roof and were not reachable to anyone in my gang, so the fight could not be completed and I had to retreat (and fail the mission).
