Summary: There appears to be a bug where executing enemy lords led to the faction I am in making peace instantly with the enemy faction without any notification. The enemy city/town names will sometimes stay as red labels. However, under the diplomacy tab, it does state our kingdoms are at peace. (If "Righteous Execution" mod is installed it happens everytime a lord is executed. It does not happen very often if "Xorberax's Cut through Everyone" and "Xorberax's Deadly Horse Charges" mods are installed and the town names does revert to normal colour after a while.)
