Resolved [Bug] e.1.6.2 Beta - Incorrect information in the quest "The Spy Among Us"

Summary: The information provided by the quest is incorrect. The 3 tips were the spy was
1) Not bald
2) Had a beard
3) Had a sword

However, none of the 3 contenders meet the requirements. They were:
1) Bald, bearded and with a sword
2) Not bald, bearded and with an axe
3) Not bald, no beard and with a sword.

No matter which of the 3 you kill, you get a failed quest.

How to Reproduce: I don't know, it is the first time it happened. It happened in Rhotae as the request of Nereida if it's useful.
