Resolved Bug: Command Flag and Group Visibility Features Clash

Summary / Reproduction:
Whenever I am giving my soldiers commands and I have the flag icon moving around with my mouse, if I also press the ALT key to show the enemy groups in the distance, the command flag starts going bonkers. It starts glitching back and forth between 2 points. I do not know what determines these points.

Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 10
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 50th Anniversary
CPU: Intel I5-9600k
RAM: 32gb DDR4-3200, dual-channel
Storage: HP SSD EX920 1tb
