Bug - City Pen Cannoc -Loading Screen

So I'm trying to talk to a trader in the city and the loading screen never ends. I just tried in this city I'll try elsewhere and see if there's the same issue.

I have the same issue. Pen Cannoc and Sea Raider Camp. Same issue in these 2 areas.
