Need More Info Bug: Cant place troops before siege

Summary: As soon as I load into a siege I hear a constant clicking noise as if I am holding down a key. Cant select troops to place them.
How to Reproduce: Offensively start a siege on a castle.
Have you used cheats and if so which: NO

Are you able to reproduce this issue everytime you try? The reason behind this might be a button that was holded or stuck. Just a guess.
