Resolved Bug after convincing enemy clan to join my Kingdom (Vlandia)

I persuaded a clan (Jawwals) to join my kingdom (Vlandia). After the conversation was over (I did not close the game during the conversation), the party leader of the new ally clan continuously engages me and starts a conversation. When I leave the conversation it glitches me back into the start of it, and after I finish the secondary conversation it takes me to the map. Upon unpausing the game or trying to move the same loop continues. Is there a way to fix this? I've tried spending influence to boost their clans influence all the way to positive and it doesn't work. I've also tried kicking them from the kingdom but even with 84% support the King refuses.
