Knockout Stage (Round 1)​

As you see below we host another short cup for the dropped teams. They will fight in a single elimination and it will run along side the main tournament. The fixtures will be the same for both cups.​

Not sure why a losers bracket is necessary. I mean why does a team that loses get to go to the final? Tactically looking at the bracket it would be easier for example if ** and malta were the teams for round 2, for the loser of their match to not have to play a team like ftw for example and play against  the teams in the lower bracket and then still get to the final. Almost like getting rewarded by losing that match

If you drop to the lower bracket you will still have to play strong teams, you just have to play more matches. Double elimination is a very popular esport tournament type :p
