Well first thing is, i forgot the other brother thing name, there is the one that shows the hidden mines (found him, and done everything) then there is another one that gives elixir

problem is, I CAN'T FIND HIM, its been 20 days circling every single town, and he's nowhere to be found....am i that unlucky?

if anything helps, i found brother randalf in senderfall (wich was wierd, never seen him around there)

Its always random and they change location every 2 days. I took me 200 days of searching one time to get the red brotherhood map.

Some taverns have upstairs, you have to check it out. Especially fierdsvain taverns, they are empty bellow but have 1-2 chars upstairs.
Once if found freddy upstairs in a ravenstern tavern, he was in one of those small rooms

The travelers give you the maps (valonbray, rane, red brotherhood). Ransom brokers sometime have troops for sale. And you know what the book merchants sell.
