Resolved Brother duplication bug

I was able to duplicate my brother (Fathid). After I took him back to my party I wasn't able to update his skills (maybe this is where this bug has it's start). So I talked to him and asked him to join my party although he was already with me. After updating his skills I created his own party, gave him back some troops and off he goes. To my surprise he runs arounds at the map with his own party but he is also in my party, so I have two of him now.

I use a small selection of mods but I don' think they interfer at all with lords and parties.

Can you try to recreate this on an unmodded new campaign?

Sorry, no. I'm not able to invest time for a new campaign to start all over. If you tell me how to test this without doing all the quests and stuff, I will do it.
