The new perk descriptions are broken by Bannerlord's localisation system. New descriptions work only on english version, while any other language version displays just 1 line of the description and different info about perk type ("Personal", "Party leader"... etc.).
Just take a look at the screenshots below. It's the same perk. First screen, original english version. Second screen is on an empty localisation (no translation files), but the problem exists on all of the existing localisations.
Bug occurs on all of the updated perks (One-handed, Two-handed, Polearms... and so on until Riding skill) and can be easily reproduced - just compare the description on english version with any other language on the Bannerlord's language list (even if the given language's translations are not added yet, the bug still occurs).
