The point is, when you're appreciating a drawing of this quality, you prefer having the occasion to admire one on a special occasion like when a member is accepted in BRO rather than having more of them, on a regular basis, but of maybe a lesser quality. Waiting time just makes you enjoy something even more. Atleast that's my opinion.
