As title states, both upgrades say it requires a war horse. Please update.

Seems a reasonable cost penalty for getting a high-tier elite cavalry out of a mountain bandit troop.

Cost penalty, sure, but that's not the argument. If cost penalty was the purpose, then it would simply cost more to upgrade the unit.

I do get your point, but that's a very lazy approach and I hope the developers fix this.

Yes highwayman should only require a regular horse.

Getting enough War Horses is the single greatest impediment to training a high-tier army. While I get (and even agree with) wanting players to use combined armies rather than just 100% cavalry ones, making War Horses the limiting factor seems, well, lazy. If it were solely a cost consideration, okay - fair enough - but most settlements will have 0-2 War Horses for sale at any given time, at least in my save. Note: I didn't get any of the hundred-stacks of looted horses before it was patched. Maybe that changes things?

I find small number of war horses for sale at horse villages and towns. I think a small of portion of horses for sale in horse villages will be war horses.
