i MIGHT have like screwed up the game? because you start with the kingdom of friese and stuff, then after a while i just attacked friese because i didnt want to be with them anymore...
in the dialog i can only choose, May i suggest a course of action and then i cant pick anything, and Goodbye

So I tested your savegame. Few issues:
1) You used cheat to fast travel from Friesa and your quest boats are still there stuck
2) Friesa kingdom hates you. Not just the king or a lord, the entire kingdom. They wont talk to you until you fix that
--> I edited the savegame to reset the relations between your faction and theirs. You can then talk... to find out the king was taken prisoner somewhere lol
So, you can edit your savegame, reset your relations, rescue the king and get out the oath...
Be careful with cheats as you can break story-mode, ok? They are fine for sandbox, but not story-mode. You can use the import/export, you can give yourself millions of coins, but avoid the rest.

Nvm it worked now, but now it has stuck again i believe, So im on this mission The revenge something

So i talked to the guy, and he told me to give the letter to his brother and so i did, but nothing happened after that, then i go and talk to the guy again and he says i should do the same thing again and over and over, Help

open a early savegame. Redo the quest for the first time. Then follow the next step. Dont reset the quest if that causes issues.

like I said on that post you can edit your savegame.
Ingame you would need to work for them until you get your relations to 0 again (help in fights, etc). It can be done but it will take alot of time.
You can reset your quests using the cheat menu.
And you can start a new game. Make sure you dont become a oath-man to Friese this time. Or at least break your bound when they
tell you have 3 days to get the hell out their kingdom before they hunt you down
