Bows and Archery Accuracy Bug - v1.113 & v1.112

When my archery proficiency is higher than 90, my bows become more inaccurate.  I also find the better the bow, the more inaccurate my archery is, even though all bows I have used/seen have the same accuracy of 99.

I also found that no matter how many points I have in Power Draw and archery proficiency, my accuracy never increases either.  With over 500 archery proficiency and 10 Power Draw, along with the best bow, it is as inaccurate as the worst bow with 15 proficiency in archery and 0 Power Draw (I state power draw, even though I think it does not affect accuracy, incase it has an effect on accuracy so that it's clear that it is not helping/changing this bug anyway).

I was having the same problem in v1.112 on my second game (didn't seem to be happening in my first game) which continued when I used the same save in v1.113.  I tried deleting the save and starting a whole new game to find it was more accurate with 25 archery proficiency and a Hunting Bow than my last save was with over 500 archery proficiency with any bow (including the Hunting Bow).  Once my archery proficiency went over 90, I became as inaccurate as I was in my last save and no matter how much proficiency I gain, the accuracy is still horrible.

Also for some reason, the Hunting Bow is more accurate than all other bows, even though its accuracy is 99 - like all other bows.  Most bows seem to have a slightly different accuracy, shown by the crosshair when at its most accurate moment, even though they all state they have the same accuracy.
Are they meant to or is this something that is not meant to be happening?  If they are meant to be slightly different, it would be nice to see the accuracy value of each bow changed to the appropriate value so that you are aware before purchasing.

You  need Power Draw to shoot good with better bows.
Hunting bow requires 0 power draw and therefor is the most accurate.

Really? That's stupid when it requires a certain amount of Power Draw just to use it, and then no matter what you are going to be more inaccurate with better bows even when your character can use it.

Using a better bow would give the impression it was improved to be better overall, rather than getting an improvement in damage while becoming less accurate.  Power Draw, in my mind, is the ability to steadily fire a stronger bow.  Therefore once you can do this, you should be just as accurate with a crappier bow.

I never noticed this problem in the first Mount & Blade either.

Power Draw only states that it effects damage and that you must have the Power Draw requirement + 4 for full damage potential of the bow.
There's also the fact that even with +4 Power Draw ontop of the Power Draw requirement I still have this issue, so maybe they need to make Power Draw fix up the accuracy rather than just increasing damage after the requirement level.
