I hate them because of the people surrounding them. Fans are always screaming at me "IT'S NOT JAPANIMATION!!!!!" or complain if the show is dubbed instead of subtitled. The mouths don't move insynch with japanese either so I would rather understand what the hell they are saying. Also I don't really see what the appeal of them are. "They are cartoons not for little kids" is the biggest argument I here for them yet, little kids watch them more than anyone else.

The dubbing is because people (well, me) get an instant hardon when they hear a girl speak japanese.

I don't like Anime/Manga character because I don't like the way the characters are deformed.
Larger eyes are easier to represent emotion but it too big...

I do agree weltonia. most are rabbish. In my opinion, best animes are by Hayao Miyazaki. Osamu Tezuka's comics are really good too, like Black Jack. Even though I don't like Anime character, I love the story of 'Elementaler'.

Has anyone tell me that 'Fist of Northern Star' is dubbed? Ken's shout was the greatest of all Animes.

Anime sucks because of a few reasons:
A. The dialogue sucks.
B. The animation (the way the characters move, not the way they are drawn necessarily) is a gaurenteed suck.
C. Lens flares and them taking forever to do a single action. Who the **** shouts "SUPER DUPER DEATH KICK OF DEMONS!!!!!" when they kick somebody? And THEN takes FOREVER TO DO IT?
D. I will puke the next time I see a giant robot or a demon.


They're too lazy to draw anime characters' mouths moving in more than one direction. You can visibly tell how much the limbs skip and whatnot. And, also, when they talk, NOTHING ELSE MOVES except their mouths. It would seem as if all anime characters are too stupid to blink and talk at the same time. Not to mention how badly they represent emotion with dialogue. It's worse than a 1940's American movie.

You must have seen some crappy anime. There's a massive quantity of it out there, so it's understandable.

On the other hand, some anime is very well drawn and animated, and have stories that aren't about giant robots.

Go watch ghost in the shell and then come to talk about sucky animation (in other words it's pretty well done [and there are boobies too]).

PS: Maybe you shouldn't watch shows that are designed for kids or teens.
PPS: Not that it cared that you liked it or not but saying something is true for all in the same genre after seeing one/few episodes is not too wise.
