Acteon - Based Acteon, getting **** done. Defending colonies, defending star bases, bank rolling new colonies.
Ronstal - Can't protect their ships, can't protect themselves. At least they got the hardware to rebuild.
Tritarch - True to their historical record managed a brave and daring attack on people unable to fight back. Definitely didn't get played by Innovaganix.
Innovaganix - Despite clear and obvious warning that Iota Zulu was about to be attacked by the Red Death apparently had better things to do than defend the colonies under their protection.
Lukkastor - Sir not appearing this month.
HMMC - Points for trying? At least they had ships and boots on the ground present to defend their attacked colony, even if it wasn't enough.

With the recent elimination of treasonous governors, Innovaganix is committed towards commerce and prosperity for all. A relay will be constructed in every atmosphere, linking each planet rapidly to the Great Hive Fleet. Point defenses will complement the ship defense, and as a last resort a large number of Innovaganix veterans will form a formidable garrison on each planet while training the local populace. Unless you can take on the Hive Fleet, raids on Innovaganix planets will no longer be feasible.

We will be sending a 500 credit gift to Acteon for covering for us in the case of Kalonda, and are offering a 1000 credit bounty on the Red Death, as well as a full outfit of Prion Missiles and free ship repairs for life.

We are offering generous prices for Ablatives, Atmospherics and Heavy Metals.

As before, Innovaganix is committed to peace in the region. Spiremos is open for commerce, and significant commercial parts of it were constructed in the previous month. Consider it a peaceful hub in a destructive sector.

It is with much pride that we officially announce the first Extra-Orbital-Starbase in Pel's Aurora. Where we aim to increase the wealth of all that wish to participate in this manifestation of prosperity. As such we openly invite all to make use of this commercial starbase. It is close to the economically significant regional homeworld of the Human Domain, the Frontiersman committee and Pel's Aurora Workshop. Not to mention its pretty close to the HQ of Innovaganix.

All fees are nominal and services at the lowest rates feasible. We, the Administration, desire only to gain the maintenance and operational costs in revenues. This means that we have put maximum effort towards increasing your wealth.

Taking the stance of our Sponsor, Acteon Shipbuilding Currents, into consideration. We pronounce our cubic parsec a neutral zone. All warlords not in the bad graces of Acteon and ourselves, which is none on our part, are welcome. The same is true for Colonies and Mega Conglomerates. Small Arms - Beamer weaponry is of particular interest to us, although we would accept coilguns as well. Ideally we are looking to buy 6,000 units.
Body Armour - Hard armour, but we could also reach an agreement for complex hard armour or even soft armour.
Combat Vehicles - Armoured scout cars and IFVs are of interest to Rho Aquilae.

We are also looking to make purchases of specialized weaponry such as coil-mortars, anti-armour missiles or anti-air rockets.

Nutrients - We are not looking for a large quantity, ten would be ideal for us.

We have signed a peace treaty with the HMMC.

They will withdraw from Regotha with their planetary governor in tow, and transfer administration to Innovaganix Megaconglomerate. In exchange, following a peaceful change of administration, HMMC will receive most of their ships and all of their military prisoners back.

Separately, Innovaganix also announces sector E4 is now its sovereign territory, including all of the planets in the sector.
