There are already 15 applicants. I'm allowing a total of 20 applicants, in which most, if not all, will get in.

On a second note, some of you may be getting countries that you did not list. We apologize, but it was the only way to make room for you all and have a decent country list. In this BoP, any vacant Secondary Power or Great Power (unlikely that there will be one that is vacant) will be "played" by a specific host. Meaning that we will carry on events going on in that country and will act as the diplomat for that country. We will list these later.
