Greetings everybody, it's that special time again! The time when players scramble for the limited number of spots in the most recent BoP, and I get to pick from among you my favorites.

I understand the concern. Once football season ends (I play for my high school's team) on Thanksgiving and I'm all done applying to colleges in about a month, I will have all kinds of free time again.
Football takes up about four hours of my time every day, and once that ends I'll be able to spend all of that on things like the BoP.

I'm not asking for the cohost as a crutch, simply as someone to work alongside, to reduce processing times and all that. I'm still intending to do the majority of the work myself.

I know it's not quite on the menu, but I'm going to try out for Oman or Ethiopia. Because Africans were awesome too, and too many people forget that.

Yes, but then you get total dickwads like me who insta-apply by PM, rendering some amount of coordination obsolete.

No coordination is needed, I'm not giving any advantage to those who apply before others. The best application gets the country in question.

I'm on board. Still seeking applicants, please apply. A lot of our major nations have only one applicant, particularly looking at Netherlands, Prussia and Russia here. I'm rather committed to making this work, and HULKSMASH is committed to making this work, so expect a reliable long-lasting game.

HULKSMASH and I are still working over a lot of neat systems. He's got a pretty cool trading mechanism worked out with Pixel that I really like, and we're looking at how we're going to manage goods and the military, but an inter-turn battle system is in the works though whether it comes out or not is still being worked out. Either way, expect a somewhat traditional BoP experience with some really cool innovative systems.

I'd apply, but it seems like this is intended for more experienced BoPers and I don't really have much experience in BoPs, apart from two that ended quite early and the one I'm in currently, which is still in its early stages.

Well, he has a point. This BoP kinda intimidated me too, and I'm sure it does anyone that doesn't have too much time to spare managing their CC (which I believe is most people as you kids also magically get busy lives as you grow older ). Don't forget we're managing very ambitious portions of land, due to the nature of imperialist overextension, and that's intimidating. It'd be a nightmare for me to play as France, most likely, while I'd also find it pretty cool. Great Britain even more so. Portugal more chillaxed but still. Russia must be a nightmarish behemoth. I know this because Hulk and Eternal hosting together don't make it a walk in the park for bigger powers for balance purposes.

That's why I went with Sweden, has its influence and power but is not in stretched in every direction and will probably be more relaxed. Still, if you really want an experienced player as another more major power, I'm fine with playing that.
