Get a companion or relative and make a party with them in it add them to your army and go catch an enemy lord could be a regular lord or merc lord and put them as a prisoner in your companion or relatives party then everytime you enter a town it will say -1 (or however many you have the more you have the more EXP you get) then just leave and re-enter the town and it will display the same message gaining your companion roguery and gaining your clan influence.
