In Progress Body still show Pregnancy Status

Summary: I have a problem, after days given birth with my female character, that my Body not change back and still have the pregnancy belly... i gave birth in summer 18. and im now at autumn 5. , i tough it will change after times and i tried to look if i can fix it with the slider in the character creation, but it still be there. Do i have to wait much more time until my body come back to normal? i used the command campaign.conceive_child for my first child and got pregnant a few days later again normal way and got both childs now. I searched for commands and results everywhere, to fix it, but only could find the issues like "partner dont get pregnant". I startet this save as an testing playtrough with cheats enabled but i kinda dont like to restard it now again ;-;

How to Reproduce:
Have you used cheats and if so which: campaign.conceive_child, exp and seatlement build progress commands
