boats?

Ok, I know that there is a lot of talk about boats all over the place. There are also mods with boats on them so I know adding boats is possible. I tried searching for how to implement boats into a mod but came up flat. Can anyone point me in the general direction?

Jubal has a modding tutorial that has some 'kits' with it, and explanations on how to put them in.

haven't tried it myself so can't comment on it, but that should get you started.
