No one is using lances and couching? I've noticed that 300 pts of damage usually kills any one holding the shield and if done from the flank with heavy horse you can knock down a dozen others.

I prefer lances against rhodoks since they allow me to attack from distance... and the couching damage helps me take their shields

gotta agree with that. Couching lances rips through anything like butter.

However I think that just having archers on one side that you have the rhodocks advance against while you charge with cavalry into their backs is also a neat trick.
