1257 AD is causing bluescreens on my PC.
I never have this while playing other games, including m&b warband.
I run m&b warband at highest specs on 1440x900 and i get a smooth 150fps+, so i don't really know what's causing the bluescreen if it's not faulty hardware or that the game is too heavy.

Any help?

Don't compare any other mods with this mods. This is pretty much the most resource consuming mod I know of.
Check out the 'Fix for some crashes...'-thread to get to know the proper settings.

A bluescreen though is new. It  might not happen anymore after you configured your system. If it still does it may be the graphic driver ??? ....not too sure right now.

I'd start by checking your Direct x settings.

dxdiag should let you know of any problems...

Aside from that, maybe a power supply issue?

BSOD sounds like a hardware issue (I only suggest the direct x because I've read some versions can cause major problems in some instances on 64-bit systems, and it's easy to check up on)...

getting the blue screen of death almost always indicates a hardware issue (except for the obvious messages, including info about a file). what's the header/title of the error? saying 'bsod' gives us a pretty wide spectrum of errors (after all, it's windows ), nothing specific or definite.

and yes, comparing AD1257 which is lusty for resources mixed with poor engine TO high-level, cashier-developer released games is like comparing a camel to an arab horse - wtf, right?

Nevermind, fixed the bluescreens (Opened up my PC and reinserted RAM properly).

But the mod laggs due to being so resource consuming(only on map), loving it nonetheless

Faulty Ram = No
Power Supply = No
ATI's crap (except my drivers) = YES

Error was caused by aticlexx.exe or something.

And no , it's not just the mod where i have this error.
Just thought it was because just after i installed it, i started getting bluescreens.
It happens in normal m&b warband too.

i dunno... faulty drivers, bad scripting in the mentioned application... not sure. i thought about overheating but i doubt it would be attached to the app.

maybe this one will help:
