I agree that rape is disgusting. I am 100% against doing anything against my will, or forcing anybody else to do something against their will, but if you're going to jump on the band wagon with these other trolls and quote every post and try to make something derogatory out of every gaming gag line then welcome to the club. I understand it's part of the vernacular of people who play video games, but frankly when you're at least trying to pretend to be a professional, you should probably consider growing up.

I'll make sure every one of my responses is politically and respectfully correct according to the majority of the human race from now on.  Some of the "Grandmaster Knights" take everything way out of context on these boards sometimes. :roll: Not really sure what else to say except that I am against "trivialising the horrific experiences of actual human beings".

Yes, conforming to societal norms of decency and human interaction is a standard expected of people, especially people trying to sell something. Congratulations.

Ofcourse, your response time was decent enough and you helped out with getting things set up. Atleast other companies are bit more professional in other aspects(like this forum) and don't advertise in other companies threads. Also, I discontinued my service because the server was laggy. The only thing you had going for you was the service.

Not really anyway you can help the issue other than just having more powerful machines in general. Im running a duel server with a kinda hefty mod attached. The duel mode is well known for causing quite a bit of animation lag. You also lack a form of automatic restarting(while I was still there). It needs atleast a twice daily restart to run properly, yet the only way I could was manually, and even then it bugged out and wouldn't start back up for 10min and would give me improper feedback. You also didn't have a proper admin control interface, im sure you've gotten worked out since then. Another thing is your conduct here. It all adds up.
 
I did mention most of them. I complained about the restarting and the improper feedback a few times and had you guys fix it. I also did complain about the lack of options for an admin.

I do recall complaining about the lag once but really there's not a whole lot that can be done about it that is simple so I didn't press the issue. So I found a different provider. I hope the money came in handy to help improve your service which you guy only recently started. One major thing you could do now is improve your conduct. Like say not insulting Alex there, or advertising etc etc.
 
I would just like to relate my story with Bluefang solutions. I am a current customer who has purchased a server from them for three months and have nothing but good things to say about their customer service. If there is ever a problem or a question I merely have to ask and they are more than willing to assist. They have their own teamspeak, so you can generally find them. Also, they host the NEC linebattles which are splendidly administrated and well hosted.

Overall I would consider my experience with them to be extremely positive. I was even searched down to be told that I was getting a free upgrade to the slots on my server. They even helped me out when a member decided he didn't want to pay for the teamspeak server and didn't bother to tell anyone.

They will give you discounts for being a repeated customer and try their hardest to get the best price for you. I am honestly impressed with the service I have received and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for hosting services.

Is it not better to give people a chance to prove themselves worthy? Rather than completely overlooking the opportunity to enjoy their services. The least you could do is talk about your reservations and if you are truly looking for a new hosting company, entertain the option of them all. Don't let trolls on a forum sway you away from that which may be the best option.

Prior to zeerph, the only people touting BFS were employees. It does look fishy, particularly when you've mentioned it in multiple threads.

Simply because of bad marketing techniques we've seen from BFS in the past, I expect you to be an employee (or probably skinner under an alias).

I'm afraid your suspicions are unfounded and I am merely attempting to alleviate the problem of trolls in this thread. I do this out of a desire to spread my enjoyment with their services, not as a PR move by an employee but as a customer who is glad that he chose them.
 
Actually I think they are getting discounts for advertising here.
But BFS pretty much made their own infamy by posting in all the other threads, repeatedly.

I know I wanted a server from BFS.. they only had east coast at this point. "Josh" forgot my steam name and it was a pain getting back in contact. After I said his servers lagged, he made tons of excuses. I get 20-40 ping (11 on robos hut) on EVERY server except West Coast. For me to get 50-80, with spikes over 100 is completely ridiculous for an east coast server.

It may have improved, but customer service is right next to performance for me. Wasn't there in either regard.
