Implement a simple blood feud system where unlawful executions can start blood feuds (like npcs love to talk about in bannerlord). They won't just go for you personally but if they manage to get ahold of one of your clan members, they may just want to . Sweet sweet payback. No relation penalty and no negative honor.

You can kill an entire faction through prison breaks.
