blood and iron problem

Hello every body

i recently got the blood and iron expansion but when i try to install it and choose my language it says that "this mod requires napolionic wars....." and i have napoleonic wars installed ... i tried the registry fix but it didn"t work so i will be greatful to anybody capabale of helping me cuz i love the game and i really want to play the blood and iron expansion
