Hehe, no it doesn't. Paper would never say scissor is fine because scissor can beat paper. Likewise, Rock wouldn't be overpowered in papers' opinion, because paper can take care of rock. I didn't quite realise you wrote it wrongly at first either though.

Some of you ****ers need to learn that not everything you see in a ****ty infotainment show that touts the superiority of katana/samurai/1337 mystic arts is real.

Cleaving arrows is barely possible, it just needs to be utterly, utterly biased in favour of the swordsman. Like in this two minute pile of excrement. To cut a long story short, it's not going to happen unless your opponent happens to be loosing arrows tipped with suction cups from a toy bow.

Afaik atm the only way to block arrows is with a shield.

What about blocking with your two handed weapon?

The idea I like the most is this one:

Block up - covers ur head

block down - covers ur body

(maybe) block left or right - protection for ur feet/ legs
