Bleeding

So a short and (hopefully) easy to implement suggestion... what about bleeding?

If a arrow hit´s you you start to bleed... if a sword does so, u start to bleed... if a lance hits u with 30 mph (horsepower-engine ^^) u start bleeding (a lot).

So would´nt it add some realism to implement a "damage-over-time" feauture? I´m always a litle bit confused when my Bowman does a Headshot and the enemy still chases me over the whole map (Although it´s funny to see ^^).
 
This was already a topic but i always like to see it again... it means its a good one...

If you wanted to make it really realistic it be one shot kills, I think this would make a great mod...
the problem is when you shoot them in the hard they could wander around aimlessly but what if you got shot in the head? your screen goes black? I like the idea tho if you can find a way to implement it in the game


Bleading in the game i think has been talked about quite a bit, i think gore will be added in the next verion or at least by the final release
 
I am not asking for Gore but for Dmg ^^ It´s always frustrating to get the Message "Headshot" and to see the victim wandering off like nothing ever happened... I thought of Dmg over Time attacks... for example you get shot and lose one hit point every 10 seconds until you faint... wouldnt that be quite nice and make mounted horseman "finally" usefull (Even more Hit and Run ^^)?

To shot somebody and than let him bleed.

This would also need Medics... to stop others from bleeding.

And about the conditions... lets think that a usual attack just causes some broken Limbs and does usual dmg... but when doing a special attack with really HIGH damage (like Headshots or crouched Lance attacks.. are there by the way other "specials for swords?) the victim starts bleeding too, due to the mere power of the attack.
