SP - General Blacksmithing: Parallel Unlocking of Pieces

the new blacksmithing system, where creating or smelting weapons of one class, will only result in unlocking pieces of that type of weapon is very good. Also the progression, from level 1 to 5 and not something random like it was before.

But a tedious problem has arisen with that, in the sense that there are types of weapons more difficult to unlock than others, you can quickly get all the pieces of two-handed swords, throwing axes and javelins. But you can spend a lifetime to progress with mace and one-handed and two-handed axes. The biggest problem I see is mainly the pommels, when you get a new part, it's a damn pommel that doesn't increase anything on the weapon, which doesn't make you able to make weapons more difficult, which boosts the advancement progress in unlocks.

One handed swords are also a problem, many pieces, it takes a long time to get a combination of high level weapons.

It would be nice to add the parts parallelism system. Any pieces that are used on other types of pieces will also be unlocked. It would make it easier for one not to have to spend hours just unlocking endless pommels that technically the character already knows how to do.

+1

This takes the fun out of smithing.

It also makes you avoid smelting expensive items when you smelt a 26k weapon and unlock wooden pummel

axes are a nightmare. Just with level 3 heads you can create and melt an ax with a good category that boosts the unlocking of parts. Before reaching a level 3 head you must unlock endless pommels. The only quick way would be to make two handed weapons, sell them to buy good axes and melt them down. I personally avoid using blacksmithing as a source of money, very broken.

wo-handed are the worst

Blunt two-handed are most assuredly the worst they have an incredibly low value and it is near impossible to find items for sale that are of that variety to break down and learn things from. Pretty much you can find the spiked head and the mall early on and then you're f*****
