Need More Info Black Lines Visual Bug

Summary: So one day I was playing the game and it crashed, nothing too bad just an occasional crash that I encounter. I load the game back up but now there are black lines going horizontally across the screen in the Main Menu page, and in campaign. It doesn't appear on settings screens or loading screens. I know there was a problem with this about two years ago discussed on the steam forums but I noticed another player recently had posted to the steam thread in January so I'm obviously not alone in this problem coming up again. I have tried clean wiping the game as that has worked for other visual bugs but that did not work for this one. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you playing with DLSS enabled? After the crash could you check if the issue still happening after a pc restart?

It doesn't crash, the lines are just there when I start the game. After my first encounter I did restart my computer and I've tried doing that multiple times, but they're still there. They don't crash the game, they're just there. Sorry for the miscommunication. No, I don't have DLSS enabled. I’m having the exact same issue. Your thread is the only other post online I can find relayed to said issue. Did you ever resolve this bug?? I just installed the game and it’s basically unplayable

Hey, I just saw this. I'm still experiencing the same bug and I hope you haven't refunded the game; it truly is one of the most enjoyable games I've ever played and a fix should happen eventually. If not, try all the known fixes to common bugs.

I actually managed to fix it, I can’t remember the exact settings I tweaked without checking but I know I tweaked one of the bottom settings and it fixed the issue

Yes! Thank you. The "Sharpen Amount" setting in the "Video" section was the problem. I just set it to 0 instead of 100. Thank you for your information, can't wait to enjoy this game again.
