Resolved Black boxes around props and actors

After starting combat in the "find my daughter" quest, a graphical glitch as pictured in the following image occurred.

My graphical settings were on very high but with things like AA, blur, grain, and bloom turned off. NVidia GTX 1060 on latest driver.
