Black Armor

Seached the forum on this and didn't find anything.

Is there a way to change how black armor looks in the inventory screen. As it is now, when I put a piece of black armor in an inventory slot, I can't see it because, well, the slot is black and the armor is black. Maybe we could lighten up the armor or the slot color a bit so we can see it? I don't wanna jack up my gamma otherwise everything will look faded.

I don't know where the problem is but some people don't see them and some see them pretty well (me included). Is it lightness? Contrast?
EDIT: Lightening the inventory could solve this tho as some people suffer from it.

I can see most of the armour, with the exception of the helmet. If I see an 'empty box' in the top left of the armourer's screen then I know its a helmet.

Ye same here, i think the armors should show the white parts of it too.
I have noticed how i nearly missed black armors on loot screen a couple of times, made me wonder just how many times i *did* miss.

I'm on a quest to get 6 black helmets for some count. So I have a couple in my inventory and I lose track of them all the time. I accidentally sold one to a merchant once, was a bit annoying.

yea some times its a bit hard to see the black armor. i think a dark grey background for the invintory screen would help some.

As long as it stays black in game I don't care lol.
I wouldn't mind seeing stuff like cloaks and hoods to put on top of your armor as well though :

I saw this mentioned before and I think you need a graphics card that supports the shiny graphics. The helmets are blacked out in inventory for me too but they look OK otherwise.

My graphics card is fairly recent... 128MB. A GeForce 5500 or 5700 I think? I can't remember. I don't think it is a video card problem.
