I guess we can call them ragers as a general term and have a few subgroups. I figure people will be pretty backwards after 120 years of chaos, so 'folky' is probably good. Murdlins might do ok for one of the subtypes.
hehe...there should be a "mullets" hair style
i guess ragers will do for know. that's until we can fin a "catchier" name.
EDIT:

yeah. that's an excellent reason for the russians for throwing nukes in america
EDIT # 2:
what about merchandise?and consummables? a few sugestions:
"Fried Cuckroaches": Yes, they survived the apocalypse. for your pleasure! hummm! tastes like home! and brings you wonderfull childhood memories off growing up in the wastelands.
"Lizard Jerky": excellent for those roaming the wastes. the extra protein keeps you sharp
"Salty Rat": commonly found in towns
"Cactus soup": bitter-sweet
"Vulture Salami": noble meat
merchandise:
"Clear, Unpolluted Water" : very valuable merchandise. the rich pay high for not having toxins in their water.
"Methane and alcohol" : for the enrgy in the towns, refineries and factories.it has value
"Moonshine": there are a lot of bars around!
"Pre-war booze": valuable. the rich love it.
"Vynil Records":the wastelands is a musical place.
"Scrap Metal and assorted junk"rime Material

bryce777 说:This is good stufff. I think that any vehicles should also run on moonshine. It's easier to make than distilled alcohol and can be used in engines.
Vinyl records are a good touch, too.

bryce777 说:What, no giant mushroom forests?
next you will tell me the nazis had NOTHING to do with world war three!!!
Which brings up a good point. The history does not have to be the same as our history. It could easily be a world where the nazis won world war II by dropping the bomb on London in 1941 and then there was a cold war between the US and Germany for several decades before the cold wr got hot.
Or something else. Point being, we can make up an alternat history if we like.

bryce777 说:Well, we don't need any right away, but some relics of bygone days might be interesting things to find. I am hoping I can pop up conversations with triggers properly now. It will make things suck a million times less.
As for evolution/mutation, well yes and no. There is more to evolution than raw mutation, many would argue. The pressure of environment is the most important factor. You also have certain throwbacks in any geneset that can occur. It might seem ridiculous for humans to evolve gills and webbed feet like in water world, but in reality it is more plausible than you might think. With a large population and enough pressure, it is possible, especially with extra mutation thrown into the mix. At some stages of development human babies actually have gills and webbed feet. Likely, at one point all humans did. There have been experiments that bear this out, as well.
If you eliminate all the mammals but rats, pretty soon you would have carnivore rats and rats that graze mostly on foliage and rats that act like rats as we know them. Some would get smaller and some bigger, filling in all the vacancies in the ecology.

of course. but can rats multiply their size, by darwinian evolution in 120 years? conversation popped by triggers it's a must! humm...relics would be for tribals right? since towns live under a mockery of "civilization". one can only think what could be used as a relic....

If you took a billion rats and killed off all but the largest and then did the same for about 200 generations, the results would probably be pretty shocking, especially with biological and nuclear materials strewn throughout the land.
As for relics, I meant basically finding information about the past I suppose.

heh, we could have giant carnivore rats roaming the wastes. sounds good yes. we will have to wait until someone implements "monters"(non-humanoid that is) into battles. perhaps we could have tame, giant fat rats that are created like cattle for suplying meat. that would be unrealistic though.(humans "domesticating" rats wouldn't make them turn big or anything. it would actually make them remain the same right?).
relics then would be basicly one of the thing we got planned for the end of the main quest, won't it? you think we should have more?( Bryce, no spoilers posted here. if so, pm please)
