Bigger World Eventually?

I know, I know, the noble creators have their hands full already...but I'm curious, will the world ever be enlarged? Are there plans to do so? Or will we be sticking with what we've got....

I can't even begin to think about what the final version of this will look like. Imagine...

*drools*

I've been imagining this area of the world as the newbie zone, with a whole world to explore eventually.

Let's hope your dream comes true, Saban.

Another thing I was wondering about, though, is whether the world's going to get variable terrain (Snowy areas, deserts, etc), and if the battle areas will eventually become dependant on map geography? It's a bit odd how any rivers, forests or hills/mountains on the battle map are totally independent on the world map. I mean, there aren't even any rivers on the world map, just that one fjord next to Zendar.

I wouldn't mind that. If the game does have a storyline or main quest, perhaps this current area can just be the first location of several or even many. Once you complete the main quest of this area, you can move onto a new one.

It would be nice to a different type of map. A desert, for example.

it would be nice, but its gonna take a long time before we have that, making an area is a lot of work

I keep thinking of a big quest to 'pacify the kherghit hordes', which re/opens the roads to middle eastern and monogolian style areas.

In my opinion, one big map would be better than many smaller. The map needs more size and lots of different areas, like mountains, swamps, deserts, plains, great forests etc. And it needs history. Now we know about the world just that there is two kingdoms fighting each other. Why are they fighting, how long they have been fighting etc.

The Swadians once ruled all of Caladria, but the Vaegirs united together to rebel and tried to invade, but the Swadians beat them into the stalemate there is now.

There isn't realy a stalemate because I sort of slautered all of the Swadians.
