Big problem! Every one and every town has no armor/items!

Something crazy happened. I went into my loaded game, and all of a sudden, my character was back to lvl 1, and it's appearance was different. It had no armor, no items. I look at my companions, and same deal. I go to towns, and i see that the king/lords are stripped of their armor in the town menu section. I click on "go to marketplace" from the town menu, and they only sell like one boot and one robe in each "goods, armor, weapon, horse" section.

I tried reinstalling the game and replacing the files, but no good happens!

Did you try to start a new save?
Have you changed something before you had the problem?

no i started my loaded save.

I think it was because of the alternate items, and new faces little alternate mod.
