In Progress Big lagspikes and game using full cpu

I am having weird issues with the performance
i am using a 6 months old laptop, and the first time i launched the game it ran very bad,even o lowest settings
I used the nvidia experience optimal settings which set a lot of options on medium and textures and texture shaders on high
The performance was good, 50-60 fps, but a lot of lagspikes
I checked the cpu and it was at 100%, only the game and it started to get very warm
I didn't try the 1.4.1 beta, thought it would be better to ask here for help first
Specs:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
RAM 8.0 GB
Operating System Windows 10
 
Do you always have the lagspikes or only in huge battle of 600+ men?
In my case I mainly see lagspikes in huge battle and nearly none for small to medium. However I know that this is a known problem in the game even if its getting better with the different upgrades.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The 1.4.1 beta version has lots of performance improvements for both overall FPS and spikes. Can you try to see whether your performance issues are still ongoing with that version? If the issues are still there, we have a telemetry steam version in which you can make the game profile itself to find out the reasons of the performance issues. So i tried the beta and nothing happened, because the lagspikes keep going

They are not that big like keeping me blocked for 5 6 seconds, but small ones like 1 2 seconds everywhere(on the map, in towns, not to mention battles). The problem begins to be very annoying and when i join a battle the fps seems a little bit stable but when the enemy get close by, the game slows and lagspikes start appearing more often and i can't fight properly.

The single time when i don't get lagspikes is during tournaments but i just assume it's because of the lack of scenery and units in these places.
