I would like to make this thread a petition for the banning or suspending of BF2 [X]ThePunisher's account and/or his IP from the forums. Checking his threads, all 6 that I saw were locked. One of them was an MP thread, and the rest, although completely unrelated, had a poll saying, in essence, 'multiplayer plz!'. Punisher is a spammer that does not deserve to have the right to make a new thread or reply until he has proven that he has the maturity to become a proper forum poster. Mods, this is not an assault onto you, and hopefully it never will be. Nor is it anything personal against Punisher.

A permanent ban seems harsh to me. OK the guy's made some bad posts, I think I quiet off the record word from a moderator would do the trick.

Banning is an over-reaction. As is banning the multiplayer topic. Out of order on the moderators part IMO.

Yes, you are probably right. I was a bit harsh before. I would like to see that happen GonZ, and I would prefer that to having him banned. By the way, MP shold be banned except for one stickied thread where discussion is legal.

Banning is not nessecary. However if he (or anyone, really) continues to spam about multiplayer then he's gone. But we won't do that just on a whim, we'll give him a chance to knock it off.

Yes, maybe when he makes another MP topic, someone might just want to suspend him.
