Here we are, a BETTER Fantasy-series poll. 

Three or more books per series, been around for ten years or more, widely considered classic in the genre (for good or ill), and at least mostly complete.  (In the case of ASOIAF, more than half-way counts.)

There are a few others that fit the criteria not mentioned, but hey, it's my poll.

One novel, but quite a few novelettes and even novellas. I don't think including it would be so outrageous, really.
