Yes, the best part of this "hotfix" is fixing a bug they introduced 4 weeks ago. I´m very much impressed and can´t wait for the next big thing in 2-3 months...This seems like a big one.

But everything can beat them in melee until they're dismounted, because TW hasn't figured out how to make mounted unit hit with normal pol arms and side arms. They need to fix dysfunctional troops, not nerf function one and make every unit a worthless pile of garbage. I wish Cataphracts could swing thier pole arm, would make the 10X better.Khan's Guard should not be beating Banner Knights, Cataphracts, and Druzhina in melee.
Was the problem hitting the "Done" in the menu only? I haven't tested it but does this cover hitting the button to take out all prisoners and then hitting done? That was how I was able to get this bug to occur. None of the prisoners would be taken out in a city I didn't own and then I would get relationship improvement, Charm XP and Influence.

They did it in warband, every type of cavalry can ride up and punk a melee no problem. Yes some are even better but all could easily kill infantry just like a bannerlord KG. Why worry about infantry in bannerlord when all they can do is waddle around and get shot to death anyways? If your infantry is ever doing anything useful YOU'VE ALREADY WON! So to make banner knights, druzhina, cataphracts etc. better melee fighters than them (which you would need to do since Khan's Guard are ALSO skilled archers) you would have to make every single lance hit from standing still a one hit kill, which is stupid and makes a couched lance charge pointless.
That's why mounted units definitely need to be able to hit I agree, but Khan's Guard's Glaive also needs to be nerfed or replaced with a weaker melee weapon or both.
Buff the dysfunctional troops AND nerf the hugely overtuned troops, this is how we get balance and variety and fun.

I don't think it's a tinker considering it beats every other unit in the game really easily except Fians, but yes I agree a mountain of other changes are needed too. That's why I think that no lance or glaive should onehit infantry from a stationary horse. Or if glaives are capable of that they shouldn't be usable two handed on horseback (in real life you would catapult yourself off the horse if you tried that).
That's not normal, but it could be related to mods if RBM changes the values of the horses in some way (Or makes the AI buy/use more horses?), it could be even some stats on the horse changed effecting the value and effecting the reward, but I don't know for sure how the reward is calculated. It was horses, imperial chargers.At one time (I haven't played in months), they would offer 10k if it was high end horses, but you were actually paid less than that. It was still a pretty high amount. I remember seeing this as my first quest and it seemed way out of balance make that kind of money for such a trivial task.

22 hours left...I dont mean to be a pain but I only have 24 hours to live.

so that I can enjoy my last froggy day??
