Pretty much and it's the correct approach for an indie development team that dreams big.



Larping aside they're doing what is objectively the right approach.
Soon has always been the right approach. The goal is to work like it's due today/tomorrow but not finished until it is.
Any communication about true timelines and objectives could unironically stonewall their progress. Worry about the task and not the perceptions.

Edit: It's okay to dislike the lack of communication (as I do) but looking at it objectively it should be understandable. #Soon
