Just some feedback on the flow of my campaigns so far:

1. XP - while I know the system was changed the new system has some issues, mainly is the diminishing learning rate which drops way too fast. I am finding myself trying to find a companion asap to set as my scout so I don't level that up. You basically have to stick to 1 skill and not try to level anything else up or you destroy your learning rate. I think it would be better if learning rate did not drop at all as it makes the grind extremely ridiculous where 100+ kills might only give you 2-3 skill upgrades after your level18+. I like a good grind but this just feels impossible to ever reach the 275 mark with most skills.

2.Starting Wanderers - You might just get 1 or you might get 10 companions for your culture, this is pretty frustrating and the randomness just isn't needed with such a small starting soft cap. Just make every culture start out with 5, I shouldn't have to start a new game to try to get a good starting pool of companions. There are mods that try to address this so I know I'm not the only one this annoys.

3. Parents and brother's look - There should be a random dice generated look for your parents and brother in character creation, the game just gets it so wrong. Like I might have a character with blonde straight hair and my dad will have a blonde Afro and mom will with be blackish. If I back out of the screen and make a small change it will reroll their look, but we shouldn't have to do that.

i really hope for a fix for kingdom decisions about towns and a fix for battanian castle sieges.
be it a hotfix or a new branch of beta version i care not, i want a fix.
cause even if i grant a town to MC by a console command, kingdom decision prompt still can be seen every now and then.

p.s. we took Akkalat as SEmpire. Funny thing is, for Khuzait castles and towns kingdom decision does work, it doesn't work for Imperial towns and castles.

In my opinion, releasing the "full" game on 30 march 2021 would be a big mistake as of the state of the game right now... Knowing how much time it takes to introduce new features and fixing the bugs those features bring, it would be a disaster. It's wiser to take a step back, extend de EA and wait till the game is polished enough to be considered finish.

But again thats just my opinion after following the development of the game from the beginning

Almost as big as not firing the current management of the game
 
There is no difference in EA and full release since everyone can purchase the game. The game will be patching after release too.

Patches in EA include new features, patches after release date usually don't. Thant's the big different. Of course every software company can make his own rules, but thats usually the case. Excluding online games (need new content to maintain the engagement) or games with a horrific release like no man's sky (an attempt to clean the companys name)

I am just eager to see medicine, eng, charm and leadership perks, since they are so highly used
