how to get traits?

Trough you "actions". Complete quests, win against the odd battles...
For AI I think it is set per default on hero creation and does not change afterwards (need to confirm that point though).

I want to share whit you guys some useful bug before it's fixed use them when you are in the army and you win the big battle if you haven't get lord prisoners to check other lords whit alt key and if one lord has 3 lord prisoners talk whit him and tried and you got from them free lord prisoners no money or something is needed rush guys before its fixed

Haven't noticed that, to be honest. They surrnder quite rarely and only if they are greatly outnumbered. Feels like they don't even take to consideration that I have a bunch of Fians, 20 Elite cataphracts etc.

Alright cool, so 1.6 is next.
Personally I'm expecting it'll just be a bunch more bugfixes and crash fixes, likely the new terrain system they've been planning, and a few new village layouts, but I'm not expecting anything more.
